1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our Shared Web Hosting and VPS Hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following products and services are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain Name Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals
• Dedicated Servers
• SSL Certificates
• Software Licenses (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed)
• Custom Development or Migration Services

3. Cancellation Process

To request a refund, you must submit a cancellation request through the Wyrebase Client Area before the end of the 30-day period. Any requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, any refunds for payments made via crypto gateways (such as Cryptomus) will be issued as account credit, or refunded to the original wallet address minus any applicable network fees, at our sole discretion.

5. Abuse and Policy Violations

Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy will not be eligible for any refunds.
